Tony Lusich Recently Quoted in Local News Article for Kern County Reportedly Not Making the Grade with Major Infrastructure

Lusich lead the Infrastructure Report Card (IRC) Committee with the intent to educate the public, government officials and the engineering community regarding the conditions of local infrastructure systems. The IRC project committee followed the methodology presented in “ASCE Regional Report Cards: A Guide to Grading Your Community’s Infrastructure,” giving the overall county a barely passing grade.
The results of the report card were also featured with Tony in the Mojave Desert News.
