With 28 years of experience in the engineering and consulting business, Loes is well positioned to further the market penetration of Kleinfelder’s water program. The main focus of Loes’ efforts will be the continued development of the strategic plan by maintaining relationships with past clients, promoting qualifications to new clients, and implementing Kleinfelder Marketing System principles for tracking opportunities. He will also coordinate closely with the Water Resource Planning Group to support the approval process of high-risk water projects across the country.
